About This Event

The Bolivia Tattoo Art Convention 2026 is a specialized cultural event bringing together tattoo artists from around the world. Founded by Bolivian artist Gunnar Quispe, who specialized in painting at Universidad Mayor de San Andrés and later in tattoo techniques in Europe, this convention has been running since 2012. The event is known as the highest convention in the world due to La Paz's altitude of 3,600 meters above sea level. It features workshops, art auctions, and cultural exchange with world-renowned artists from countries including Canada, United States, Costa Rica, Argentina, Peru, Brazil, Chile, and Colombia. The convention promotes Bolivian art and culture while facilitating international artistic collaboration.
