Expo Alimentaria

Expoalimentaria Costa Rica 2026 evolves to encompass new categories within the food sector, focusing on companies that provide inputs, raw materials, machinery, services, technology, and innovation for those that commercialize retail products. In addition to meat and dairy, the event now includes solutions and innovation for sectors such as bakery, pastry, beverages and snacks. This event will bring together the main actors of the food value chain, providing a key space for networking and business generation between suppliers and manufacturers. The event will feature three halls and 7,200 square meters of exhibition space, with extended hours from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., air conditioning system and dedicated internet for exhibitors. It will include workshops, training and pilot plant demonstrations, plus content on functional foods, plant-based solutions, sustainable packaging and technologies aimed at optimizing production.
