FoodTech Herning is the biggest food technology trade fair in Northern Europe for professionals in the food industry. It's a meeting point for the entire industry, mainly small and medium-sized businesses catering to the domestic market. This trade fair, exclusively for industry professionals, takes place biennially in the fall and lasts three days.
