It is directly connected to the Atlantic City Rail Terminal with NJ Transit service from Philadelphia, and features a pedestrian bridge linking to the adjacent Sheraton Hotel. The facility has achieved LEED Gold certification and GBAC STAR accreditation, demonstrating its commitment to environmental sustainability and health safety standards. The building's design incorporates Atlantic City's seaside location with wave-inspired architectural elements and sea-themed artwork throughout the facility.
