Housing Manchester 2026 is Europe's largest housing festival, bringing together over 9,000 attendees and more than 500 speakers. This year, in partnership with the British Property Federation, the event broadens its focus to include all living sectors, such as build-to-rent, later living, and student accommodation, alongside social and affordable housing.
