Will Rogers Memorial Center
3401 West Lancaster Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas, United States, 76107
Will Rogers Memorial Center is a historic 120-acre entertainment, sports and livestock complex located in Fort Worth's Cultural District, established in 1936 and designed by architect Wyatt C. Hedrick in the Art Deco style. Named for American humorist and writer Will Rogers, this renowned multi-purpose facility attracts over two million visitors annually and was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016. The complex serves as a premier venue for equestrian, agricultural, entertainment, corporate, educational, social and sporting events, including many international and grand-scale shows. The facility features extensive exhibition space with the Amon G. Carter Jr. Exhibits Hall offering over 94,000 square feet of contiguous exhibit space, the historic Will Rogers Auditorium with 2,856 permanent seats and beautiful Art Deco features, and the 5,600-seat Will Rogers Coliseum. Additional facilities include 33,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space, three climate-controlled performance arenas, six indoor arenas, one covered arena, over 2,500 premium metal horse stalls, more than 2,200 cattle ties, 70,000 square feet of flex space, and 212 RV spaces. The center hosts major annual events including the Fort Worth Stock Show, National Reined Cow Horse Association Snaffle Bit Futurity, World Championship Paint Horse Show, and three major National Cutting Horse Association events. Industries served include equestrian sports, livestock shows, consumer exhibitions, trade shows, corporate events, and entertainment. The venue provides 4,000 parking spaces and is strategically located less than three miles from Fort Worth's downtown district, making it a cornerstone of the city's Cultural District and a significant contributor to the regional economy through its extensive event programming.
