About This Event
The 3rd edition of the Saudi Projects Show set a new benchmark for the construction industry, bringing together the most influential players shaping Saudi Arabia’s built environment. The show was inaugurated by H.E. Eng. Khalid Al-Ghamlas, Deputy Minister for Urban Planning and Land Affairs, at the Riyadh International Exhibition and Convention Center. The 2025 edition unveiled an exciting new format designed to meet the surging market demand and unlock sector-specific growth opportunities, covering every phase of the construction project life cycle, from concept to completion. With over 20,000 key buyers and industry leaders in attendance including contractors, distributors, engineers, consultants, architects, designers, and developers, Saudi Projects cemented its position as the region’s leading meeting point for innovation, collaboration, and opportunity. A major highlight of the event was the 2nd International Sustainable Building Conference, which gathered global experts and thought leaders to discuss groundbreaking technologies, green innovations, and forward-thinking strategies driving the future of sustainable construction in Saudi Arabia.

The Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center (RICEC) is a premier, state-of-the-art venue in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, hosting major international trade fairs, conferences, and exhibitions. Located near King Abdullah Road, it features 20,000 \(m^{2}\) of space, including 15,000 \(m^{2}\) of air-conditioned hall space, 8–16m ceilings, VIP lounges, a business center, and parking for 1,500 vehicles.
