A restored heritage Dutch bungalow originally constructed around 1695 by the Dutch East India Company, named after a former Jewish businessman occupant David Koder. The venue has been transformed into a contemporary cultural centre featuring an art gallery dedicated to showcasing works of contemporary artists from Kerala and beyond. The gallery exhibits various genres and mediums including paintings, sculptures, installations, and photography. The historic building also houses a cafe serving authentic thin crust pizzas and beverages. The venue operates from 11am to 7pm daily and serves as an important platform for young artists and cultural activities in Fort Kochi.
