Aalto University Career Services is the career and employment support unit of Aalto University in Finland, serving students across the School of Business, School of Arts, Design and Architecture, and the School of Science and Technology. The unit provides career counselling, job search coaching, CV and interview preparation, and mentoring programmes to help students plan and develop their careers. It operates Aalto JobTeaser, the university's own job portal, where employers can post internships, thesis projects, and full-time positions targeted specifically at Aalto students. Career Services organises recruitment and networking events, including the Aalto Talent Expo and Summer Job Day career fairs, which connect students with hundreds of employers each year. The team also supports international students with guidance on working life in Finland, residence permits after graduation, and internship grants, while working closely with the Aalto University Student Union and its subject clubs to widen networking opportunities for students.
