Bharat Ethnic Expo

Bharat Ethnic Expo (BEE) is an invite-only B2B trade exhibition for India's ethnicwear and occasion-wear fashion industry, bringing together leading suppliers and buyers in a single curated venue. The event evolved from an earlier, more regional event known as the Surat Fashion Show (SFS), which served Surat-based textile manufacturers, before rebranding and expanding into Bharat Ethnic Expo with a broader national footprint. BEE focuses on connecting top creative suppliers, notably from established textile hubs such as Surat, Jaipur, and Kolkata, with major buyers and decision-makers from India's fashion retail industry. Its by-invitation-only format is intended to create a focused, high-calibre gathering of serious industry professionals rather than a general public event. The 2025 edition was held at The Leela in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, bringing together several hundred invited buyers and dozens of leading suppliers to showcase new collections and explore trade and sourcing opportunities within India's ethnicwear sector.
