About Centre for Liveable Cities (CLC) & Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA)
The Centre for Liveable Cities (CLC) was set up in 2008 by the Ministry of National Development with the aim to distil, create and share knowledge on liveable and sustainable cities. CLC's work spans Research, Capability Development, Knowledge Platforms, and Advisory. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) is Singapore's land use planning and conservation agency. Together they co-organize the World Cities Summit.
