About China Energy Storage Alliance (CNESA)
The China Energy Storage Alliance (CNESA) is China's first and leading energy storage industry association, a member-based nonprofit organization founded in 2010 and headquartered in Beijing. CNESA serves over 800 Chinese and international member organizations across the energy storage industry value chain, including energy storage manufacturers, power producers, investors, new energy developers, and research institutions. The alliance's mission is to influence government policy in order to encourage healthy growth of renewable energy through the use of competitive and reliable energy storage systems, and to facilitate communication between the government and the private sector. CNESA played a pivotal role in drafting China's first comprehensive policy document for the energy storage industry. As an exhibition organizer, CNESA produces the Energy Storage International Conference and Expo (ESIE), the world's leading annual conference and exhibition dedicated to the energy storage sector, held in Beijing and attracting thousands of global industry professionals. The alliance also publishes bi-monthly industry forums, white papers, market research reports, and bilingual publications. CNESA's overseas membership services support international members seeking access to China's rapidly growing energy storage market.
