About China Federation of Automotive Industries
China Federation of Automotive Industries (CFAI), also known as the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), is a national industry organization established under the supervision of the National Development and Reform Commission. Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Beijing, CFAI represents the interests of China's automotive manufacturing sector, including passenger cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, and auto parts. The federation organizes several of China's most important automotive trade events, including the Beijing International Automotive Exhibition (Auto China) and the Guangzhou International Automobile Exhibition. CFAI promotes industry standards, facilitates policy dialogue between enterprises and government bodies, and supports international cooperation across the global automotive value chain.
