China Sugar and Liquor Group Corporation (China Sugar and Wine Group Corporation) is a state-owned enterprise and the organizing body of the China Food and Drinks Fair (CFDF), one of China's oldest and most influential food and beverage trade exhibitions, established in 1955 and known as the 'barometer' of the Chinese food and drinks industry. The corporation is a subsidiary of China Huafu Trade and Development Group Corp, a large commercial enterprise group under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC). China Sugar and Liquor Group organizes the CFDF twice a year — in spring and autumn — at the Chengdu International Exhibition and Convention Center (CIECC), attracting over 3,000 exhibitors and 150,000 professional purchasers per edition. The fair spans over 100,000 square meters of exhibition space covering all major food and beverage categories including liquor and spirits, wine, food products, beverages, condiments, food additives, packaging, and food processing machinery. With a history spanning over 110 editions, CFDF is one of the most prestigious and long-running trade exhibitions in China's commercial sector.
