Globus Events Ltd. (GLOBUS Events), formerly known as VNU Exhibitions Asia, is one of the first international exhibition organizers to establish operations in China and has been a leading force in China's exhibition industry for over three decades. Headquartered in Shanghai, the company operates additional offices in Bangkok, Beijing, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. GLOBUS Events organizes over 20 local and international leading exhibitions and conferences annually, with a total exhibition space of more than one million square meters. The company is a member of UFI (Global Association of the Exhibition Industry), SISO (Society of Independent Show Organizers), and holds Level A Qualification status with the Shanghai Convention and Exhibition Industries Association (SCEIA). Major exhibitions organized by GLOBUS Events include Pet Fair Asia, DOMOTEX Asia/ChinaFloor (the world's largest floor coverings trade fair, organized through joint venture DACF Exhibitions Shanghai), and the International Building Industrialization of Construction Exhibition Asia. Since February 2024, GLOBUS Events has been part of the portfolio of Advent International, one of the world's largest private equity investors. The company previously operated under the Royal Jaarbeurs exhibition group of the Netherlands.
