IBA is the world's leading trade fair for the baking and confectionery industry, organized by GHM Gesellschaft für Handwerksmessen mbH. Since its founding in 1949, IBA has been the premier global platform for bakers, pastry chefs, confectioners, restaurateurs, and food retailers to discover innovations spanning raw materials, baking ingredients, production technology, packaging, shop design, and digitalization. Held every two to three years at Messe München, the event draws thousands of international exhibitors and tens of thousands of visitors from over 150 countries.
