About International Expo Development and Promotion Center of Heilongjiang Province
The International Expo Development and Promotion Center of Heilongjiang Province is a government-affiliated organization responsible for organizing major international exhibitions in the province. The center is the primary organizer of the China-Russia Expo and the Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair (Ha Qia Hui). The China-Russia Expo, established in 2013, is the only comprehensive expo in China jointly organized by the Chinese and Russian governments, held alternately in both countries. The Expo joined UFI (Union of International Fairs) in 2017. The center also organizes the China (Heilongjiang) International Green Food Industry Expo and Heilongjiang International Rice Festival.
