About Logan City Council
Logan City Council, founded in 1978, is the local government authority for the City of Logan in Queensland, Australia, headquartered in Logan Central. Strategically located between Brisbane, Ipswich, and the Gold Coast with easy access to national highway and rail networks, Logan is home to more than 300,000 residents from more than 185 different cultures, and is recognized as one of the most diverse cities in Australia. The city is also notably young, with around half of its residents aged 30 or younger. Logan City Council provides a wide range of community services and facilities to residents, supports thriving light industrial precincts at Marsden, Crestmead, Slacks Creek, and Loganholme, and offers various local activities, online services, and customer service centers, including a dedicated center in Beenleigh.
