RAI Amsterdam

RAI Amsterdam is one of Europe's leading international exhibition and congress centers and event organizers, located at Europaplein 24 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The RAI complex, whose name is an acronym for Rijwiel en Automobiel Industrie (Bicycle and Automobile Industry), was opened in its current location in 1961 and has grown to encompass 22 conference rooms and 11 multi-functional halls with a total floor space of 112,200 square meters. Annually, the RAI hosts approximately 50 international conferences and 70 trade shows, welcoming up to 2 million visitors per year. Signature self-organized events include Horecava (hospitality industry), Interclean (cleaning), TEFAF (art fair), and Rematec (remanufacturing). RAI Amsterdam also hosts the International Broadcasting Convention (IBC), one of the world's largest media and technology events. The RAI trade association owns 75% of the complex with the Municipality of Amsterdam holding the remainder. The venue is located 10 minutes by direct train from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam Central Station, providing exceptional accessibility for international attendees from across Europe and beyond.
