Singapore Radiological Society

The Singapore Radiological Society (SRS), founded in 1977, is a not-for-profit, non-governmental professional body representing radiologists, nuclear medicine physicians and radiation oncologists in Singapore. The society maintains subsections covering subspecialties such as Interventional Radiology, Neuroradiology and Radiation Oncology, reflecting the breadth of its membership's clinical interests. SRS is dedicated to continuing medical education and to promoting interaction and networking among its members, organizing lectures, workshops and social events throughout the year as well as an annual scientific meeting that is often combined with larger regional and international conferences. The society actively promotes linkages with fellow radiological associations overseas to advance the cause of diagnostic imaging and therapy worldwide. SRS is a member of several regional and international radiology bodies, including the ASEAN Association of Radiology, the Asian-Oceanian Society of Radiology, the International Society of Radiology, the Asian-Oceanian Society of Head & Neck Radiology, and the Asia Pacific Society of Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology.
