Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA), established in June 2019 and supervised by Taiwan's Ministry of Culture, is a professional intermediary organization that promotes the development of Taiwan's content industries. TAICCA supports various cultural content sectors in Taiwan, including film and television, pop music, publishing, ACG (anime, comics, and games), fashion, artworks, and cultural technologies, bridging local talent with global opportunities through investment, market access, and international co-productions. Leveraging Taiwan's advanced information and communication technology infrastructure, TAICCA manages a National Development Fund to develop intellectual property, incubate culture technologies, and facilitate startups within the creative sector. Through international distribution channels and events such as the Taiwan Creative Content Fest (TCCF), TAICCA strives to promote Taiwan's cultural brand on the world stage, organizing the Taiwan Pavilion and industry events at international markets such as the Asian Television Forum (ATF) and Cannes, connecting Taiwan's film and TV industry with global buyers and partners. TAICCA's investments have helped produce internationally recognized dramas and co-productions, including collaborations between Taiwanese producers and partners in Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, and global platforms such as HBO Asia.
