About Air Traffic Control Association
Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA), founded in 1956 in Washington, D.C., is a non-profit, non-government professional organization dedicated to progress in the science of air traffic control and the preservation of a safe flight environment. Currently headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, ATCA serves members worldwide including individual air traffic controllers, aviation associations, educational institutions, government and military organizations, and companies providing equipment and services in the aviation community. ATCA hosts annual technical meetings and exhibits featuring North America's largest display of aviation-related technology, and also sponsors technical conferences and symposia in Europe, the Pacific Rim, and Latin America.
