About Freedom From Religion Foundation
Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF), founded in 1978 and headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, is the largest national association of freethinkers, atheists, and agnostics in the United States. FFRF works to protect the constitutional principle of separation of church and state through legal actions, education, and advocacy. The organization hosts an annual national convention featuring speakers, awards ceremonies, and educational sessions, and publishes the newspaper Freethought Today. FFRF serves members across all 50 states who support secular government and church-state separation.
