The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is the supreme authority of the Olympic Movement, headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland. The Dakar 2026 Organising Committee coordinates the first Youth Olympic Games to be held on African soil, scheduled for Dakar, Senegal in 2026.
