RENT (Real Estate & New Technologies), held annually at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, is described as the largest PropTech event in Europe, bringing together thousands of real estate professionals, including property managers, real estate agents, condominium managers, investors, notaries, and property developers, to discover the latest innovations in the industry. Over the course of two days, the event attracts more than 400 exhibitors and around 12,000 visitors, including numerous startups, to explore emerging technologies shaping the future of the real estate sector. Beyond its flagship Paris show, the RENT label has expanded internationally, with events held in Madrid, Spain; Lausanne, Switzerland; and Casablanca, Morocco, connecting real estate professionals across these markets. RENT also operates the Proptech Marketplace, a dedicated space for exhibitors and attendees to develop business opportunities, alongside the RENT Channel, a television platform broadcasting live content throughout the event. The show hosts innovation competitions such as the Trophée de l'Innovation SNPI and the Prix de l'Impact Sociétal et Environnemental Procivis, recognizing standout PropTech startups, and is led by Stéphane Scarella, Director of the RENT label.
