About Restau'Co
Restau'Co, founded in 1966 and headquartered in Paris, is the French professional network representing the institutional catering sector operated under direct management (school, university, hospital, medico-social, and administrative catering). The association brings together thousands of member professionals across all segments of institutional catering, working through 13 regional delegations and 11 member organizations and associations, including the ACEHF (hospital catering association), AFDN (dietitians and nutritionists association), AJI, CNOUS, GOEES, and UDIHR. Restau'Co represents the interests of institutional catering professionals before public authorities and national and regional bodies, and is a recognized stakeholder within partner agricultural sectors such as Interfel, Interbev, and Inaporc. The network's mission centers on promoting professions within the sector and improving industry practices, providing professionals with reference tools including regulatory monitoring, practical guides, specifications, recommendations, management tools, and recipes. Restau'Co also organizes the Concours Gargantua, an excellence award for institutional catering, and is led by President Sylvie Dauriat and Director Marie-Cécile Rollin.
