SEMI Global, officially known as Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International, is a global industry association and trade fair organizer founded in 1970 and headquartered in Milpitas, California, USA. SEMI serves over 2,000 member companies in the electronics design and manufacturing supply chain, including providers of semiconductor equipment, materials, software, and services for the manufacture of semiconductors, photovoltaic panels, LED displays, flat panel displays, MEMS, printed electronics, and related micro and nanotechnologies. SEMI's main activities include organizing a global portfolio of major technology trade shows and conferences under the SEMICON brand. Key events include SEMICON West (San Francisco, USA), SEMICON China (Shanghai), SEMICON Japan (Tokyo), SEMICON Korea (Seoul), SEMICON Taiwan, SEMICON Europa, and SEMICON Southeast Asia.
