VRDays Foundation

VRDays Foundation (Stichting Dutch Virtual Reality Days), founded in 2015 and headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands, organizes Immersive Tech Week, a leading European festival dedicated to extended reality (XR) technology held annually in Rotterdam. The 2026 edition marks the festival's 10th anniversary, bringing the community together at Katoenhuis in Rotterdam to look back on a decade of XR achievements, explore emerging XR opportunities, share knowledge, and shape the future of immersive technology. Immersive Tech Week's programming includes conferences, the Church of VR experience space, a trade show drawing more than 100 companies and international delegations from business, art, media, entertainment, healthcare, and science, an XR Demo Arena, and social networking events. The festival also hosts the IMPULSE Programme, a collaboration between VRDays Foundation, XR4Europe, Virtual Switzerland, and IFFR Pro designed to support immersive technology projects in development, and the event has received co-funding from the European Union through the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).
