With a population of over 216 million, Nigeria is the largest economy and most populous country in Africa. The increasing population and economic strength ensure Nigeria's purchasing and consumption power. While Nigeria's manufacturing industry is still in the early stages of industrialization, 90% of goods rely on imports, making it a typical consumer market. The imported second-hand cars in Nigeria mainly come from Japan, Europe, and the United States. Additionally, railway transportation is underdeveloped, with over 80% of freight and passenger transportation relying on highways. This makes Nigeria the most important market country for passenger and freight vehicles and spare parts in Africa. Only 5% tariff will be levied on vehicles imported in bulk, and the tariff on spare parts is relatively low. Given Nigeria's abundant oil resources and large population, the automotive parts industry has a vast market.

Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS) is a 14.5-hectare (35.8-acre) historical landmark on Lagos Island, Nigeria, symbolizing national independence and unity. Built in 1972 on the site of the former colonial horse racing track, it hosts major events, concerts, and contains 375 shops, offices, and monuments like the Independence House. Historical Significance Independence Venue: On October 1, 1960, Nigeria's independence was celebrated here, including the lowering of the Union Jack. Renaming: Named after Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, Nigeria's first Prime Minister, to honor his role in the nation's freedom. Former Use: Formerly known as the "Lagos Race Course," it was a colonial-era sports field.
