Home Show Nigeria 2026 - International Houseware and Gift Fair 2025Nigeria, with a population exceeding 216 million, is the largest economy and most populous country in Africa. Its growing population and economic strength ensure a robust purchasing and consumption power. Nigeria's manufacturing industry is in the early stages of industrialization, resulting in a reliance on imports for 90% of goods, making it a prime consumer market. There is a significant demand for Chinese consumer goods in Nigeria, including home gifts, consumer electronics, appliances, and small electronic devices. Other popular items include wigs, beauty cosmetics, soap and cleaning agents, diapers, baby skincare creams, and toiletries. However, the supply of Chinese goods falls short of demand.
